[Resolved] Airtel — unable to recharge my airtel sim | |||
dear sir i m a prepaid coustmer of airtel and using my num [protected] for past 10 years. my airtel account became nil due to data services. i m trying to make talk time recharge but it is unable to make recharge saying that racharge not successfull on your mobile. i have tried phone to phone recharge and through paper coupon. but it was unable to make recharge. due to zero balance i can't make a call or sms. when i tried to contact coustmer care executive it disconnects my call automatically with a computerised massage. i m trying to contact coustmer care for past 3 days, but all in vain. now neighter i can make a call nor contact to coustmer care executive. plz help me. yours faithful, amanpreet singh.
