Issue1 : 3G services deactivated automatically.
Issue since: Past 2 days.
Issue 2 : Unable to send text messages

As per my conversation with Mr. Shaikh Salim Javed on October 22, 2013 I have been informed that I have called up and deactivated my 3G services and my text messaging services are working fine.
I had called in 3 days back to deactivate my BB plan as I had my BB phone for 10 days and the plan didnt need to be renewed. It got successfully deactivated. I received an instant text message for the same. Then after 3 days, suddenly my active 3G service gets deactivated suddenly.
Mr. Shaikh Salim Javed tells me that I had requested it while I called last time, however it was for BB services and the adviser clearly understood what I wanted and did the right thing by deactivating my BB plan accurately. Due to a system error AIRTEL deactivated my 3G and now they are saying it would not be activated.
FYI, my 3G services were my replacement for instant messages through the internet as you were never able to fix my services for an SMS to be sent out which has been active since the start of the year. This year I haven't sent an SMS at all what so ever. Not even one.
I have no option but to leave AIRTEL however to get a PAC i need to send an SMS, and not to surprise you, but my SMS services are not working.
I have had to worst service from AIRTEL till date. I have been a customer for more than 8 years on 2 other connections.
In the past years, I have found services been activated without request, deactivated without request and so on and so forth. This is a loot business being run.
The kind of customer services I have received, I would wish to be a terrorist and blow up every employee working for AIRTEL without even thinking once about their kids and family as whenever I speak to any of them, they just bog you off. Tell you that they cant do anything. Whats happening has happened, and cant change. Cant activate services. Don't have manager generally.
Circle team would call, never called as I have tried to call 10 times for the same issue and then finally given up.
I swear to GOD, I wish every employee who takes salary from AIRTEL would meet with an accident
