[Resolved]  Airtel — unauthorized Reduction in balance after subscribing for caller tune which was not requested

Hi,
I am using Airtel Prepaid mobile No. [protected] since last two year. A few days back i was on call and suddenly my call was dropped due to not having sufficient balance. I got surprised because in march 2013 only i have recharged it by amount 200/- & i rarely use this no. for any call or data services.

Then i tried to check for any service activated. While discussing with one of my friend i came to know that i have been subscribed for some caller tune some what like " thanku for calling Om Prakash" . I again got surprised & this time it was the height from Airtel that my caller tune was set with the name of some "Omprakash" (though on My Name i.e. Gaurav Gupta, this Sim is allotted ), also i have never requested for any such subscription or caller tune.

I have never subscribed any such services. It is now requested to unsubscribe it with immediate effect & please return the amount deducted from my balance.

AirTel — After Call Balance

I bought a new prepaid sim, since first day I have not been able to see the after call balance. I have registered a number of complaints with airtel.
I was given the same Service Request Number thrice. And every time I called to check the status, I was given the reply that the service request was closed the first time.
I have been trying to call the helpline since, and I get a reply that "PLEASE SEND A MESSAGE WITH YOUR QUERY IN 130 CHARACTERS" and even that does not work.
I have written numerous emails, and have not got any response from them as well.

Please help!!

AirTel — reduction in my balance

i made a complaint that i want to deactivate my mca facility in march 2007 but till date i.e 13 oct 2008
i repeatedly make complaints every month to deactivate but 12th of evry mth they send me a message that they had renewed this service and deducted money from my account, i even visited one of the relation center in chembur but it was of no use and on the 11th october i called ur customer care number the person named parshuram was on the line at first he apologised and told me not to worry but at last before i could tell him something else he just hung up WHAT A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS

AirTel — Balance reduction without subscription

My mobile number is [protected] and my balance has been deducted twice on nov-12-2009 and on nov-13-2009 for a subscription service called subwaptextactress and subwaptextsherlyn which i didn't subscribe and didn't even accessed from my mobile, above that when i tried to contact airtel customer care services they didn't answered my complaint twice and than put me on a automated machine after that so that i won't be able to reach them. After that when i tried reaching them from other phones they kept cutting my calls.

Airtel — Fraudulent reduction from the Balance

Sir/ Madam....

i am a consumer of Airtel pre paid service my number is [protected].
they are fraudulently and consistently time again reducing my mobile balance without
any call made and service rendered. to get refund i will have to approached their customer helpline spending lot of my valuable time.

for getting the refund, i will have to under go into lot of harassment and mental torture. this is the case of other customer also. Till they are not stopping their fraudulent activities. for example i am getting refund of Rs. 10 and when the whole customers assuming are in cores, the last public customer would be 10 cores such public looting should not be allowed. i am taking up this case not only for me but for the interest all the harass customers.

I therefore request you to take up my and other similar customers with Airtel.

I M HAVING AIR TEL PREPAID SERVICE. MY COMPLAINT IS THAT ITS SUCH AWORST SERVICE PROVIDER AS THERE IS REGULAR DEDUCTION OF MY BALANCE 4 SERVICES WHICH AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATE ON MY CELL NO [protected]. Airtel — Reg balance reduction

Hello sir/madam,

I had asked to cancel Airtel Music Portal Subscription Service for which rs5.00 was getting deducted from my balance . After cancelling the service also, Rs5.00 is getting deducted everyday from my prepaid balance account. I have called airtel customer service many times but they are not even picking up the phone. Please help me in this case.

Airtel — unauthorised balance reduction

I am using airtel network my no is [protected].last Tuesday i got a call saying tat we've got an offer to set free hello tune for an year but after we activated that offer, they reduced Rs 220 from current balance without any confirmation msg or information.i've called airtel customer care help line(198) 5 times and filed complaint.. but they didn't take any actions. i am bugged up with this customer service. i request you to look forward too this issue .
