[Resolved]  Airtel — Unilateral change of plan

Address:Pune, Maharashtra

I has signed up for an unlimited data plan about 3 years ago with Airtel. Since the past 3 months, I have been getting messages in the beginning of the billing period that I have run out of data usage and will be downgraded to a slower baud rate. Almost the same time, Airtel has started pushing for a new scheme called "Smartbytes". On complaining about the bad quality of service which is a fallout of their scheme being pushed down the customer's throats, I was told that I am in a 'Max 10GB' scheme. This is news to me and has been done by Airtel without any concurrence from my side with the sole intention of getting additional revenue by being forced to use their new 'Smartbytes'.

Please suggest redressal from this unfair and unethical treatment.
