[Resolved] Airtel — Unnecessary Charges in my bill | |||
Sir/madam, . I'm a customer of airtel using a postpaid connection..this month I have received a bill of rs 4817.74 which where i never cross my bill of rs800 every month..when i checked my bill they charged me for internet usage where in i got 2GB (2048MB)free usage but i consumed more i,e 2651MB means i have to charged for 603MB only..so according to the charges it is 50ps/50kb..so if calulated my bill not even cross 1000rs including my voiceplan charges..so i want clarification as nobody is responding to my bill clarification in the customer care nor in the outlet...please help me What to do Was this information helpful? | |||

AirTel — Unnecessary Charges in the Bills
Dear All,I am cheated by Airtel I have requested Airtel in Apr '11' for net on phone 149 Rupees unlimted plan after recieving the confirmation message from Airtel that my plan is activated I used the net but on next month when I recieved the bill from Airtel I am shocked because they have charge enormous amount for the net uses and when i registered my complaint and complaint number is[protected] in the customer care they answered that I used wrong APN for acessing net but at the time when I taken this plan no body from the Airtel customer care mentioned about this APN issue. So I am requesting Airtel to wave off the extra amount which they have charge the bill and bills details mentioned below.

Bharti Airtel — Unnecessary charges on bills
My number is [protected] (Plan 299 Turbo), I had taken add-on connection on this number in March, 2010 (no. is [protected] [Plan 249 Turbo). At the time when I have taken this add on connection delaer told me that 500 minutes form [protected] to [protected] and 500 minutes from [protected] to [protected] is free. Well its alright, when I got a wel come call from Customer Care for my new number [protected], Customer Care Executive told that 1000 minutes from [protected] to [protected] and 1000 minutes from [protected] to [protected] is free.But when I got my first bill generated on 27/04/2010 call to these numbers were charged as others (details are attached and pasted below). I called Customer Care they told ok sir we will get back to you, but no body turned up, I had made calls to Customer Care more than three four times in this time but the matter was not resolved. Then 2nd bill came and again I had talk to Customer Care at this time he told me that nothing is like that there is no discount available on these add on numbers.
Then outgoing from both the numbers was stoped we had faced lot of problems due to continuous mistakes from your end.
Now even incoming on both the numbers is barred.
See extent of stupidity now doing all these things their customer care executive calls for payment.
