Airtel — UNNECESSARY DEBITING OF AMOUNT | |||
1. For the past few days an amount of 10 paise or sometimes more is being deducted many times in a day. I have tried to speak to customer care but everytime they either put me on hold or cut the call. I have complained thrice to AIRTEL (online) and the complaint numbers are- PR[protected] , PR[protected], PR[protected]. 2. Once they told me that this money is being deducted for GPRS services, whereas I have told them that I have subscribed for Blackberry messenger services ( Rs 129/- package), and I am not using the phone for surfing the net, therefore deducting the money for GPRS services is not valid. They have not clarified the matter. 3. Now I want to lodge a complaint against AIRTEL for unnecessary deduction of money and poor customer services. 4. For your necessary action please.
