Airtel — unnecessary deducting balance | |||
My number is [protected]. My balance was deducted for message card renewal without any prior notice though i had stopped the services before. I contacted customer care where they asked me to "enjoy the service of message card" now. Furthermore, they told me now the procedure for blocking the auto renewal process had been changed. Also,now my number has been somehow blocked and i cannot connect to airtel customer care. Furthermore, when i asked information for number portability from airtel,,my call was put on hold without any response for a long time until finally, the call got disconnected. This is once again Airtel have started with unscrupolous things by deducting unnecessarily the balance from my mobile no.[protected].
I have tried several time to contact the customer care but in vain because of the pissed off recorded things PRESS 5 , PRESS 2 etc.
I am really fed up of all this crap. I dont know why they are not deactivating all the unnecessary things from my Number.
I have complained when the same thing happend to me regarding activating not needed schemes in my number before. now this time they activated property scheme in my number.
I think they desperately need some rules and guidelines for checking forgery. This is a clear case of fraud. I am an old user of Airtel. While observing it is found that the servise is really gone worse. need some check from quality control people.
Please look into the complaints very seriously
