[Resolved] Airtel — unnecessary deduction of balance by auto-activation of value pack

I am an airtel customer using the number [protected]. On 9th june at 10:29 am I received a message from airtel saying "thanks for downloading video value pack from airtel. You have been charged rs. 65.0." On the contrary, I never authorized any such download. Moreover, when I checked my balance immediately after receiving this message I was shocked that rs. 65.0 had been deducted from my balance. I request airtel to make look into this and make amends by refunding the amount of rs.65.0 as soon as possible. waiting for a response. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Complaint marked as Resolved They have reimbursed the amount lost in full almost within few days after the complaint. I thank you for your swift action and service.
