This is in regard to the unnecessary deduction of value regularly from my mobile connection for last 2-3 weeks . I am Sumantra Sarathi Das and my pre paid mobile no is [protected].
I am in utter surprise that from last 2-3 weeks again there is constantly value deduction from my number .it is very surprising that there is no customer service person to respond to my call. How can Airtel activate any scheme in my number without asking me.
This same incident happened many times in my mobile number previosly.Later when approached consumer forum, airtel reembursed my money..
Plz look into the issue .
