Airtel — late fees without any issue
respected sir,i have a airtel broadband connection from the past two years and from past few i am facing issue with their bill analysis .i told them several times but the action was not upto my satisfaction.they constantly urged me to pay the bill for which i was never liable.as this time latest i pay the bill by their due date 6/12/2010 but they still hav included the late fee charges in my this month bill.i also having problem as they dont send me bill on time and due to that if i hav not received the bill by the due date how i can pay the bill .
