[Resolved] Airtel — Unsatisfied with Airtel services | |||
Hi, My no.is [protected],I have purchase this new no.My problem is that I am unable to use GPRS properly,after doing so many complaints and requests its not resolved,and customer care persons has blocked my cutomer care as well.I need to take some other person phone to callI am facing a great problem and nobody is ready to help me out. I am not agree to your service Because my card any one acitivate Textbased service I ragister complain to Deactivate this service.
I am register my complaint before 2 week but not slove my problem that wise i am not specified to your services.

whats going on? are custommer care executives crazy. Im actually a tamilnadu customer presently im in hyderabad. I cant even recharge my account. To get help from the customer care i tried to contact them but its useless. the phone no is notv alid is what the command which i used to get when i call customer care. what the service are u providing. its useless for AIRTEL TO BE LIKE THIS AND I DIDNT EXPECT THIS

Dear sir,I am very upset about your service, for the last 2 years i am using airtel the signal coverage s very weak inside my home so many times i complained about that with the customer care but there is no use, pls take necessary action to solve my problem.my no is [protected]
Complaint to Sunil Bharti Mittal (CEO of Bharti Enterprises) –
I trust this (Airtel) brand very much but first time their executives deceive me. I applied for a new connection, Executives visited at my home, without telling me that they are going to give me new # (i.e. they skip my choice number privilege) they got done forms sign. I got a call from the customer satisfaction survey and they denied to note down my complaint, they inform me I will be charged 500/- Rs for my choice number now. I think Bharti Enterprises started Hiring Experience Govt. people. It’s my mistake that I have chosen 6 months plan and paid 6 months money in advance.

Dear Sir,I hereby want to inform you that I am suffering from the network problem since a long time due to so I am not able to hear the saound clearly.
