Airtel USB Modem — Data Card

Sir,

Reference my earliest Service Request reference number is 21759491

My Airtel data card connectivity is notworking properly and the following errors are displayed continiuosly :

(1) Error 718: The connection was terminated bacause the remote computer did not resond in a timely manner.

(2) EDGE/GSM Airtel range/single is full and Network conectivity is ok but download/upload 0 kb/s browsing is nil.

(3) Error 619: A connection to the remote computer could not be established, so the port used for this connection

was closed.


Data card is not working from last 10 days.

Due to the above errors and poor service of airtel I would like to discontinue thie service and utilised another

service provider near few days if the same problem is going on.

Please look into the matter at the earliest.
