[Resolved]  Airtel — USELESS CHARGE

Sir/Madam I am using Airtel postpaid and I check my 2g internet balance till 30 August was 1002 mb left out of 1024 mb till 23.00hr and when I got by bill message they charge 1379Rs till 31 of August and on 30 August bill was 498Rs, though i did'nt even used more than 15mb on 31 August .Then how come they charge me around 800 for 1 day usage of approx 15 mb, though it was withing the 1gb internet usage They charged me useless, and when i posted my queries on their Airtel page on facebook that i charged usless amount they deleted my post and disabled me from posting their Facebook page.
