Airtel — NOT WORKING FOR LAST ONE MONTH | |||
My airtel dth subscription is not working for last one month. When I complained I was told that the same will be rectified within 12 hours and a technician will contact me in regards to the same. I waited, but my call was closed saying that the same has been rectified. It started working but with some channels not able to get network. My screen of set top box will just show loading and will not go any further. I made a complaint again and the same response and no technician came and the set top box is not working now for last one week. When I said I want a refund of the balance in my account and I want to cancel my subcription, I was promised that I do not have to do that and they will arrange to send a technician today itself by speaking to the seniors and if the same does notget rectified I can cancel my subcription. Still no one has come. When I called up again to check, I was told that the technician has visited, since there was no electricity, he left. Dont know how that happened when no one came to my house. Emails are not getting answered.My complaint numbers are not getting resolved 3865624 and 3906578. No refund for balance amount. Numbers provided for techinicians just rings with no response.
