[Resolved]  Airtel — Request to STOP NEWS SUBSCRIPTION AND DEDUCTION OF RS.10/= EACH FROM ALL DIFFERENT NEWS SOURCES.

Address:Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra

Ref. MY BOM NO:[protected]

For the last 6/7 months I have observed, that I am receiving unwanted News headlines / material on my SMS messages which I am not interested in as I have my daily "Times of India" Newspaper at my door every morning.

I have not asked for any NEWS subscription from any Artel Mobile Services. Still Rs.10/= is deducted for every News from News Sources viz. ITW NEWS -1 and like wise others Rs.10/= is deducted in great style by these people.

In the past Rs.30/= used to be deducted for JOKES, without my permission or request to them.

I strongly object to this sort of cheating Mobile customers to pull in huge sum from us.I therefore, request you to kindly refund the sum deducted for their News Subscribtion and take necessary action against them at the earliest.
