[Resolved] Airtel — WAIVER NOT GIVING AND WORN BILLING | |||
HI , I am Rakesh Kumar M , My Airtel Number is [protected]. i wanted to move out of Airtel last month and wanted use the MNP feature . when i sent the message to 1900 and got the Unique number for porting, i got a call from Airtel number portability department and then asked me to stay back with airtel , the Team Leader KIRAN spoke to me on the call and Promised me a Wavier of 50 % of total bill for next 3 months from January , but its still not activated , recently 2 days back when i tried to port the number again i got a call from Airtel number portability department and then asked me to stay back with airtel , when i told that i had spoke to Kiran the Team Leader last the Agent passed on the Phone to Kiran and promised to check the Call records and call me back in 30 mins , its been 4 days as of today i have not Received the call . i have 2 airtel number [protected] , [protected]. kiran in January had promised a Rental wavier for 3 months for [protected] Recently, after speaking with Appellate authorities and and the nodal office and Relationship managers they just denied for giving any wavier and blocked my outgoing calls and forced me to make the Payments immediately .
