Airtel WAP Service — de-activate the airtel wap service

I am not using the Airtel wap services on my cell No.[protected].I have sent text message for de-ac activation, but no action has been taken so far. Kindly de-acativate the the servcice and stop to deduction of Rs.10/- of subscrition.

I want to deactivate the WAP Based text services which was not subscribed by me for the no: [protected]. I want the refund of the amount. This is really burning my pocket .I request your immediate & serious action in this regard. I have already submitted the complaint for which action has been taken.
