[Resolved]  Airtel / WAP Service — Rs 10 gets deducted when ever balance exceeds Rs 10.

Hello Sir/Madam,

My balance is deducting per day Rs 10 gets deducted when ever balance exceeds Rs 10. I am not using Airtel Live but still from my Balance Rs 10 gets deducted and a message comes to me from 64611010 stating...You've been renewed for (archie_comics_wap, ComicStrip) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You 've been charged Rs 10.with in the three days i lost 30 rs. please tell me how to deactivate this service as soon as possible.

Airtel wap has been charging me Rs.1o for several times and each time an sms is being sent to me from 64611001 which says that i have been renewed some subscription spide flirt and big boss quiz on airtel wap.in a month i have to loose Rs.30. i want to get rid of this unneccessary deduction of my balance.if there is some authority to land their ears to their customers than they should obviously help the costomers in their need.i want to get rid of this by hook or by crook!plz unsub my all airtel wap subcriptions.

hay guyz better do not open the messages what ever u get from airtel services. then u r money will not diduct from u r balence. or else simply restart u r phone or u r wap settings then hope those messages will dissappear

I have the same problem and they are charging Rs.10 and they send the message "Thanks for using (stardust_pack, subscription) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You've been charged Rs.10.
