[Resolved] Airtel — Resubmission of ID proof | |||
For the last 1 month AIRTEL is harassing me for resubmitting ID proof documents. Why? Why again?? Is this the way a company treats its customers. Sending threatening SMS as if we are anti-socials they say if I don’t submit my connection will be discontinued , as if I have taken the connection without submitting any document. 1. While taking the connection 2 years back, I had to submit all the details. And as far as I remember unless all the documents reaches AIRTEL office , the new SIM doesn't get activated. It has been activated indicates that they have checked it properly at their end. If not, it's completely their fault. 2. And even if due to govt rules they need them again, the company should known how to ask their customers. (in writing in request form) as I am sure till now they have not kept the records of the customers properly. And now messed up the things. I would like to deposit these documents in a new company for taking new connection rather than depositing here.
