[Resolved] Airtel — Stupid customer services | |||
Airtel is increasingly becoming a very unreliable service provider. The approaching festive time like VALENTINE's DAY becomes a painful experience when Airtel advertisements like AD_54321 are LUMPED on your mobile and Rs.2 is promptly deducted from you talk time......everyday !!!! This very lousy way of earning money AIRTEL!!! I am trying to get talk to an airtel official to 1.stop the service. 2 Ask how this happens after i have made them register my number for the DO NOT DISTURB option just last month when I had a similar 3G payment FIASCO. 3.Return the money that has been deducted from my talk time. But ther is no way I can speak to anyone which quite strange! To worsen the matter the 198 or [protected] and their nodal office number [protected] is a total SHAM- your options are either NOT THERE to speak about a complaint or nobody gets in touch after putting you on hold. They are either trying to act smart or ACTUALLY unable to provide a good telecommunication. Was this information helpful? | |||
