Airtel — worst airtel customer service | |||
hi, I am murugan, my airtel data card no : [protected]. I have been facing a lot of problem in disconnecting my internet connection. I frequently get calls to make my payment of 6000/- which doesnt have any valid reason as am using 4 GB plan of 900 Rs per month. I paid Rs 4000/- for my 1st bill after 15 o[censored]sage. the 2 nd month i paid Rs 900/-.Again for the 3rd month i got a bill of 4000/- , till date it has gone upto Rs 6000/-. i dont even check mail frequently.whenever i call them to disconnect, they ask me make the payment. this bill is ridiculous and far beyond my usage.
