Airtel — worst service provider in India | |||
India top and most pathetic and worst telecom srvice provider is AIRTEL it is in all aspects they cover everything in being bad the most pathetic customer serivce and worst attitude of the customer service personnel, the network is bad always and everywhere, calls keep droping. No connections. the system on its own shows our device as shut down. THere is no voice clarity. apart from these technica l issues they have billing issues too they show some thing else when we sign up for the plan but the truth is they change as they wish, the call rates are totally different from what we are shown and what we get in our bills, they are really bad guys who dupe people. No one should be encouraged to use airtel, I will honestly cherish the moment this company drowns. I will never wish this company anything good. Their customer service people have actually harrased me badly. Since we dont have easy access to any lawyer they think they can do anything they want. How do we free of cost put a legal case against such stupid and worst companies. The biggest case was even when i had cancelled my number 6 months ago by even talking to their call centre people and writing official emails they kept generating bills with rental plans of Rs 599 per month and for 6 months they dragged this issue and never actaully cancelled the number and finally when i did not pay the rental amount they sent a legal notice, what the [censored] i have cancelled this number but still they generated the bills and dragged the issue for 6 months and then made me pay by sending legal notcies such is the bad practice of airtel. also behold this plan of Rs 599 monthly rental also was not choosen by me but these people automatically updated this plan on my number even without telling me such worst attitude of these companies. For the money they have looted from me they will suffer badly and trust me such type of attitude will bring this company down very soon Was this information helpful? | |||

I have a Postpaid connection. I have been facing Network trouble since past 2 years. Everytime I make a complain, they FORWARD IT TO THE RELEVANT DEPARTMENT who are supposed to get back to me in 24 - 48 hrs, which NEVR HAPPENS. After 5 days, I find out the complain is resolved... I wonder how does that happen?

Airtel — poor attitude and pathetic services
sir1. i am an army officer posted in ahmadnagar .i took a mobile postpaid connection no [protected] from airtel on 11 oct and had paid one month rental of it for rs 374.00.
2. i had deposited all the docs to the ahmadnagar office but the service provider has deactivated my services thrice in this one month stating that i had not deposited the same.
3. after enquiring about it at your airtel office ahmadnagar i am told that the docs have been sent and they will be checking the same with their head office .
4. after 15 days i.e today, i am suddenly told that your services are barred as your docs are incomplete. if that was so why my services were continued for one month and bill forwarded to me on my address nothing much then at least some kind of warning and some time could be given to rectify it.
5 i am highly aggrieved by this behaviour and careless attitude towards your customers and will be lodging a complaint abt it in the forum.

Dear All,I think airtel is the most pathetic network provider in country.
they are in market just to exploit customer. in the era of globalization where customers are treated as GOD and KING, bloody airtel people believe that they themselves are god. i am using blackberry enterprise service paying Rs. 899 as monthly rental for that and calling rental seperate. yesterday i gat a mail from airtel that we can download uncensored big boss videos without mentioning any terms and condition or whether its chargeable or free. i clicked on the link and the next moment i got a message from airtel stating that i have been charged for Rs. 99 as charges of same. i called up the customer care they said they cant help it and i have to pay 99 as rental. i shouted her that i have already taken unlimited downloading plan then why to pay 99 extra, she said since u clicked it u have to pay. its not a matter of 99 rupees but its abouit cheating innocent customers. they are trapping and cheating customers. thats it.
i have activated missed call alert service from them. i have been charged rental of same every month but i never recieve a single message from them. despite the fact that my office colleagues, freinds, family, etc. keeps on complaining that my cell is never reachable.
GUYS THE ONLY SOLUTION FOR THIS IS THAT FROM 1ST DECEMBER WE CAN SWITCH TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER AND OUR MOBILE NUMBER WOULD BE SAME.
I AM DESPERATELY WAITING FOR 1ST DEC TO CHANGE THIS PATHETIC SERVICE.
YOU GUYS ALSO CHANGE THE SERVICE.
THEN Mr. SUNIL MITTAL WILL COME TO KNOW THAT CUSTOMERS WHERE USING AIRTEL NOT BECAUSE OF SHAHRUKH KHAN OR SAIF ALI KHAN BUR BECAUSE THEY DONT WANTED TO CHANGE THERE NUMBER.

AirTel — Worst service provider
I had lodged a compliant to the airtel digital TV customer care 7 days back.Everyday I am calling them atleast 3 times a day asking to resolve the issue.We are unable to view any channels and hence we requested the customer care to ask the engineer visit our residence to lookninto the issue.Everytime we are geeting a false commitment that the engineer would be contacting you, or reaching the residence in next 1 hour, however nobody turms up.Everytime they raise a service desk ticket and without resolving the issue they send an sms to our mobile confirming that the issue has been resolved and the ticket is closed.We lodged a compliant for the same however no action was taken.Till today nobody has turned up or called us for resolution of the issue.This is the worst service provider we have ever come across.We strongly recommed no customer should use such service provider if they dont value the customer.
