[Resolved] Airtel — wrong bill / fraud | |||
RESPECTED SIR/MAM THIS IS REGARDING MY AIRTEL BILL COMPLAINT .. MOBILE NO. [protected] ON THIS NUMBER AIRTEL HAS STARTED CALLER TUNE IN OCT 2012 WITHOUT MY INFORMATION. AND THEY CHARGED RS 200 IN MY BILL . I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO CUSTOMER CARE TO STOP SERVICE OF CALLER TUNE AND REFUND MY MONEY . TILL 2 MONTHS THEY DIDNT TAKE ANY STEP FOR MY SOLUTION . THEN I STOPPED PAYING MY BILL AND TOLD THEM TO CLEAR MY ISSUES AND I WILL PAY THE BILL . NOW AFTER 2 MONTHS THEY ARE READY TO REFUND MY RS 200 FOR CALLER TUNE BUT THEY HAVE IMPOSED LATE FEES CHARGES ON ME . AND THEY ARE NOT READY TO WAIVE OFF THIS MONEY. I AM USING THIS NUMBER FROM SO LONG AND I ALWAYS PAID MY BILL ON TIME AND BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT LISTENING TO ME SO I TOOK THIS DECISION. KINDLY REGISTER MY COMPLAINT AGAINST AIRTEL FOR CREATING MENTAL DISTURBANCE TO ME AS WELL AS MY MONEY THIS IS FRAUD COMPANY. SirI HAVE GIVEN SO MANY COMPLAINTS BY 121 TO CONSUMER CELL THAT I DONT WANT HINDI SHAYARI & ALSO START DND dont sent me SHAYARI than they ask me that send sms to 53030 FOR UNSUB SHAYARI I SAID WHY I SEND BECOUSE OF YOU MAKE MONEY TO SEND ALL THESE CHARGES TO ME THEN HE SAID THAT WE DONT TAKE CHARGES IN YOUR BILL OF THESE SMS OF SHAYARI WHEN I SEND SMS TO 53030 THEY SEND MASSAGE THAT I AM UNSUBCRIBER BUT YOUR DEPARTMENT SEND ME BILL WITH ALL THESE CHARGES

Airtel — Fraud / Incorrect Charges On My Bill
Dear Sir,I have an airtel landline / broad band connection no. [protected]. Last month I shifted from the 2nd floor of the same apartment to the ground floor and had to ask Airtel Customer Suppor Team to shift the Phone connection from Second Floor address to Ground Floor. I asked the Customer Support Executive if there would be any charges levied to me due to this shifting and the customer support exec. confirmed to me since the shifting is in the same apartment "There would be NO Charges Levied" for this shifting. Later the engineer from Airtel came to my place and shifted the phone line which took him approx. 10 mins to do the entire activity as all the cables are already in place for all the apartments in our society for every house. I again asked him will there be a charge for this and his answer was "There would be NO charge for this service as it is in the same apartment".
Around 10-15 days later I was shocked to see in my next bill there was a Charge of Rs. 300 levied on to my bill in the "Other Charges" section. I immediately called up Customer support and now to my surprise I was being harrased by saying there would be a charge to this connetion as the address has changed and it as per our company policy. "What a Shame" A company like Airtel cheating customers like this. I demanded to talk to the floor supervisor Mr. Danish Siddque (As told to me by him) who was not at all customer friendly and in a mood to listen to his customers. He kept insisting that is a company policy and the least he can do about it. "Helpless Supervisor" to say the least with no courtesy and basic knowledge of handling customers. Moreover when I got a little annoyed with him the way he was handling the entire call he told me I can go ahead and surrender this number if I want to however he would do nothing but waste my time. I asked him to log my complaint immediately and he gave me the ticket number[protected]. When I asked I need the Customer Redressal Cell email address and CEO email address he gave me the address of Mr. Gurvinder Singh saying he is the CEO of the company to which I am writing and would wait for any positive response.
I am writing this in the forum with utmost disatisfaction and want everybody to know how AIRTEL as a company is cheating their customers.

Airtel — Fraud Bill Service
For the past one year I have been receiving the SMS from Airtel Bill service that " bill delivered, received by Sangeeta " that is me but I have never received or signed any bill rather always the bill is thrown at my stairs.When the bill is never delivered at my house, then who is Airtel to sign on my behalf and just throw the bill along with the statement every month. I have complained regarding this many times but still this is happening.
I WILL TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS. AIRTEL BILLING SERVICE IS TOTAL FRAUD SERVICE.;

Airtel — Fraud bill and amount charges
I have purchased a 3G sim of airtel for IPad , the amount which is charged is 675 advance of one month plan+ 100 sim charge+ 500 activation fee. And we get to know that there is no rule to charge advance and sim charge. I have purchased the sim on 26 march2012 . No communication is done about this till date to refund , also no action is taken by airtel till date against the franchise. Now we(I and my friend who is also suffered from same case) both are looking to go in consumer court .42%
