Airtel — Wrong Deduction of a Service not opted for

Hello,

I have not opted for the BIG FAT FREE STORE_5 and GAMES MANIA_5 subscription but every day Rs10 is being
deducted from my Mobile Prepaid account since almost a month.

I had requested twice to Airtel to discontinue the deduction and reimburse the amount back,
even sent an SMS with details of deduction but no action has been taken since last two weeks
when the request was sent and the deduction is still continuing.

I request to please discontinue the deduction and reimburse the amount back to my prepaid account
at the earliest.

Airtel — regular deduction for services i have not opted for

i have prepaid mobile service from airtel, there is a regular deduction for services i have not opted for. this deduction continues even after i have called their customer care.this is really painful and irritating, what to do?my mobile no. is [protected]
