Airtel — Wrong Information Given, High Call Charges | |||
Sir, My Airtel no is [protected], i have proted my no 3 months ago & my call charges where 30ps/min in second pulse, just from 17th OCT 2012 my call charges changed to 84ps/min. A day before i received and SMS saying "Your current tariff validity will expire in next 2days.Pls recharge with RC46 to continue enjoying all local calls at 1P/2Sec &100 local SMS free/day for 90days". As per the message i recharged for RC46 but the recharge was getting rejected, to conferm 4 the same i called up customer care 198 there the executes (floor Supervisor) says there is Server down so pls try to recharge later, & i keep on doing this till night nothing was happened, so today morning today i call up a customer care the executes said this offer was withdrawn from very long.... What the Hell!!! Why this Blunder. No one have a correct information. Really am regretting now moving to Airtel. I request the concern team to help me out with solution and also pls educate your executives. and take a serious action on such not to happen again. Thank You, Regards, Manju. i have airtel's Digital TV account in June 2009 .i called up customer care service in January 2010 and asked for the Nothing display in TV and Settop Box the person told me may be it is cause of clouds in sky and fog over there so I agree with him but regularly I have to wait 5 - 20 minuts to turn it ON. Now It takes 1hr to 3hr to turn ON. I complaint again in september they told me that my warranty has been disable after 1yr of purchase If you need Channels to view you have to purchase New Set Top Box from us at cost Rs.500/- but Airtel is not taking any responsiblity (Warranty) even if it install and service man has left my house warranty has been disble at the same time. Can you give me suggestion if I go to Consumer Court for it..cause its not matter of 500/- but ...
Airtel — company and supervisor provide wrong information
Gud morningSir first company don't provide me full balance on recharge of 30 after 48 hours

A supervisor says me I submit ur complain when I say to her that give me the complain no she refuse to gave me n says me u got msg but still not receive the msg
I second time contact to customercare a exuxative receive my call n put me on hold for more than 7 minutes
No any rply from her
Another time I contac airtel from diffrence number than she says there is no any comp,ain submitted by you

Till now i cany receiv my balance

AirTel — wrong information given by airtel
i have airtel's corporate account.i called up customer care service and asked for the ISD rates to call london.he told me Rs 6.40/minute. so i activated ISD on my phone.but when my bill came.it came with the charges of Rs9.20/minute.i again called at customer care and asked for same thing.he told me that its Rs 8.00/minute.agin i called up customer care and asked for the same.first he told me its Rs 9.20 and then told me its 6.40.so i don't know exactly what are the charges?and i have to pay so high bill amount because of a wrong information provided by customer care executive of airtel.
