[Resolved] Airtel — Wrongly call charges | |||
Sir, I am R.Manivannan from Tamilnadu. I havebeen used Airtel prepaid Number "[protected]" for the past one month, I have a speacial call schemes Like Airtel to Airtel - 10 Paise per minute and other mobile 30 Paise per minute for three months from the date of purchase. But wrongly call charged for the past one month. I have been complained at many times but nobody could not take necessary action and recent times I am trying to contact customer care Number 198 but i couldn't get any answer from your end.
