I deposited rs 8 lacs to AJS builders for Gurgaon Project The builder has disappeared and my money has got stuck. I see from the news paper that Ms Madhu Singh the promoter has been arrested

I am an end user. I have invested more than Rs. 10 Lacs in AJS Builders Gurgoan Project. Now I have heard that the owner of AJS Builders is in police custody. They have not refunded any money to me inspite of repeated reminders for refund of money because they are not able to deliver the project. I agree to Mr.BALANI's comments. I am also invested in the Sonepat project for over 3 year and there is no outcome . Pls count me in if you are planning for any action. Do let me know what help can i be on this .

I am fully agree with mr. balani's statement . I have also Invested 6 lac in Indirapuram Project( AJS Height ) 2 yrs back.Still Mr Ali from A/js is saying that they are wating for GDA approval. I am the one who has been cheated by AJS,

Yes agree with Mr. Balani, I have also invested in AJS Gurgaon but till date they fail even to start construction.

I am with you If you take any legal action against them.

i too 'm a victim of the company's fraud.
it has been since sept. 2007 since i started dealing with the company. and till now no construction has started. i have applied for refund but still no response has been made by them. contact me if i could be of any help. i have my friend as a lawyer who has a similar experience.

We have already formed a group of 10 people from various projects and had a combined meeting with AJS on 6th March..Although not much success, but were able to put pressure and submitted a combined letter for 100% refund.

We are again meeting this Saturday on 20th March...Would be great if you all could join us.

I want to bring to your notice about the planning the planning that AJS management (Fraudsters) has done. They are planning to run away and already under process to sell their properties. They are intentionally extending time period for refunds and providing false information about projects by making you fool. Their plan is to wind up everything in next 5-6 months.
Earlier tactics adopted was:
All those applied for refunds earlier are told to sign their legal agreement and they will deduct 10%-20% from TOTAL COST of flat/plot booked(which people not aware) and put the blame on investors for withdrawing from their project and eventually ended up getting nothing.
Now they are fooling people that they will start the process of refund in june by the time they are close to their plan.

I advise to all to get together as a group and put these fraudsters behind bars by approaching police and take stay order from court on their properties before they run otherwise forget about your money.

I Kanwaljit Malhotra M-[protected] also invested for Indirapuram project and paid Rs. 2.30 lacs as booking amount. As and when I visited to their Gole Market Office I have been told by Mr. Ali that the project will be started by May 10. But now I have come to know that their Gole Market Office has been sealed by Allahabad Bank for recovery of their dues and had invited bids for auction of their Office premises and property at Noida by 24.06.10. In view of assurance given by Mr. Ali I have not applied for refund of money till date. Please advise me further course of action. me keshav kanodia([protected]) have booked three plots at thr sonipat crap project and invested over 15 lacs four years back. Had already sue them b4 three months by consumer court but every body know abt slow system of indian judgement.in last 3 hearing judge was absent..nw nothing to say we are yhe one who has to bare all losses and problem from both sides..

Can you tell me about the directors name of the company. I have filled a case against AJS for check bounce. they have given plea that their MD Mrs. Madhu singh can not visit the court as she is not feeling well. I want to get arrest warrants issued in some other directors name.

There are over 500 complaints and cases pending against AJS builders today and EOW has now finally arrested Madhu Singh join the group led by Brig Gujral mobile [protected] which has been working closely with the group to get justice to all o[censored]s

I had invested RS. 2.63 LAKHS in their indirapuram project 5 years back .since the project did not start i applied for refund. after numerous visits to their office they told that money will be refunded but since so many people have applied for refund it may take some time .
WE can come together and stand against them and make sure that the money invested by the investors is returned.

Hello,

I would like to assist you in legal recourse against AJS Builders Ltd which would help in getting back your money alongwith interest. I would like to assist you in your legal recourse/action against AJS Builders for claiming the invested amount from AJS Builders. You have to send a legal notice through an Advocate under your instructions and on your behalf & then file a complaint case against AJS Builders under the provisions of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 in the District Consumer Forum New Delhi in order to receive back your initial booking/registration amount along with interest and compensation from such Builders.The case takes about one and half years to complete the whole case. I am handling such type of cases against AJS Builders. Apart from this some people have filed criminal complaints against the company in the Economic Offence Wing after which the director has been arrested and the investors have started getting back their money through court on the interim amount being paid by AJS Builders in the court. I am also handling civil and criminal court case against AJS Builders and Directors of AJS Builders. If you feel interested then you can contact me for initiating a legal action against AJS Builders. Also would like to get the refund of your money invested from courts. Recently some investors have received their money from courts.
