[Resolved] Akbartravelsonline.com — DELAY IN REFUND
I booked a ticket on 17/09/2010 afternoon through akbartravelsonline.com for journey on 18/09/2010 via GOAIR.
I cancelled the ticket in night by calling to GOAIR. GOAIR people told me to call akbartravelsonline as they were the agent and they said they will send money to them.
I called up akbartravelsonline team, they asked me to mail. I mailed and following was their response :
WHY WILL THEY TAKE 14 DAYS TO REFUND MONEY?
HOW CAN THEY USE FLOAT OF OUR MONEY.
AND ABOVE ALL THEY ARE DEDUCTING CHARGES STILL NOT PAYING ON TIME.
