AKSH Optifibre IPTV Service Thru MTNL — Sports Channels deleted by Aksh IPTV since last 3 months

We have subscribed for Aksh IPTV through MTNL & have been using it since almost a year.
However, we are very dissatisfied with the kind of service from customer service, interrupted performance of the channels.
The service provider is irresponsible & deletes any channel without prior intimation & reasoning for the same.
The Chief of Customer Service shamelessly disconnects the phone calls, never comes on line to attend even when requested for attending to our queries & has directed his centre to disconnect calls when any customer wants to speak to him.
The Sports Channels viz. Neo Cricket & Sports & Ten Sports have been removed from the list of channels without assigning any reason nor intimated in advance about the deletion.
The Customer service is also fooling around saying that these channels are under maintenance. This reply is being given to us since July 02.
I would be like to inform you that the Set top box has been mal functioning since the last 4 - 5 weeks. It automatically jumps channels, when a channel change key is depressed, it goes to volume function. "PLEASE WAIT" Signal has been a very common feature when channels are switched and it hangs indefinately.
Simmilarly, VOIP service is also pathetic. When the service is needed the most, it does not function & Customer Service is of no use as a Technical Help is never available.-- Just to remind you, VOIP is a service which is ment to make calls to the USA & the local timingsthere would be during our Night time. Hence an help which is assured within 2 days is of "NO USE" as time is the essance. Why sould we pay for such a service Rental of Rs. 150/- monthly when it does not work when it is needed. It is a totally waste of money for a service which indeed is IN NO WAY A SERVICE and that could be put to better use.

The IPTV Service provider AKSH has added Star Sports, Star Cricket & ESPN with a condition that I have to "PAY ADDITIONAL RS. 150/- OVER AND ABOVE RS. 100/- TO GET THESE CHANNELS CUPPLED WITH OTHER CHANNELS WHICH I DONT WANT TO SUBSCRIBE".
I am aware the the Hon'able Minister has specifically mentioned that Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five only) has to be charged for any Additional Channel requested by the Subscriber.
This is "CHEATING AND NOT ETHICAL ON THE PART OF AKSH WILLFULLY PUSHING THE SUBSCRIBER TO PAY FOR UNWANTED CHANNELS."
I had spoken to the Mumbai Regional in-charge on 15th September instant who has failed in reverting or intimating me the status of my mails.
I feel it is also some sort of SCAM which they are trying to hide.
Such Agencies associated with MTNL are causing ir-repairable bad image of MTNL also which over the years has created an excellent Telecom Service provider.
I earnestly request your good selves to look into the matter urgently and PROTECT THE INTEREST OF WE COMMON CITIZENS setting an example to others not try such tricks.

Aksh Optifibre(MTNL) — Bad Service

I have installed IPTV on 21/12/08 but still I am not getting service as promised by the company. My complaint is whenever I try to change channel it changes the volume and vice-versa also the channel hangs a lot in between and the waiting signal is very irritating and also sometimes only voice comes and no video and vice-versa, After complaining a lot still no response from Aksh Optifibre every time they say that they will send an engineer but no one comes and also some times they disconnects the phone in between when I ask them to give me a complaint no. they say that there is no complaint no. required for this. Can anyone help us from this weird situation .
i had installed iptv on 16-05-09 form no. 00017961 but since then i didnt knew i had opened the doors for problems . Waiting for signal is the biggest problem during intense momemts of serials and macthes.Only good thing about iptv is the cost Rs100/- per month but besides that everything is worse. please tell me the way to get my refund. there are no nos. to contact them, mtnl also does not know about it.
each and every word of the complaint is true and neither MTNL nor Aksh optics bother about the customer MTNL should either service thru their staff or else break up with Aksh and save the customer the agony of being cheated every day.
its the most pathetic service ever provided the bosses there r sitting n giving only lips service /My complaint is pending since june09 n each n every time the buck is paased on sayin the problem is with mtnl. Mr Ritesh Garg the complaints customer manager is good for nothing and their dept head for iptv heading the mumbai post Mr Shreejit is of no use in lookin into the matter .They have no regards for the customer .I belive we should get togather form a forum n get theses peoples kicked .
The condition in Delhi is even worse! There are sitting in the call centre, who do nothing but laundiabaazi. You're forced to repeat your grievance ad nauseum again and again to every call centre executive who picks up the phone.

The bums(Senior Executives, management included), are bent upon extracting every pound of flesh from you. Like every private Jaagir, they changed their services from Post Paid to Prep paid, so that once you're stuck up with them, you can't do anything but squirm. They're offering their so called best services such as "Chill" & "Cool" to only the prepaid customers. But "In logon ne mujhe baraf mein lagaa diya".

I migrated my plan from Post Paid to pre paid. They promptly sent a representative to my residence. I paid him Rs.275/- in cash vide receipt no 2180 dated 05.10.2009, and was assured that the "Chill" & "Cool" facilities would be activated within 24 hours. But those "24 hours" have not elapsed till date.

I'm forced to make telephonic complaints on Ph Nos 12699 and 26990009 almost on daily basis, and every time I get the same empty assurances, that my complaint would be resolved within 24 working hours. These chaps are probably living in Stone Age. There's no consumer redressal link on their site http://www.icontrol.in/IPTV/index.jsp. Its virtually impossible to get in touch with Senior Executives or Management except the Call Centre Nos.

Could someone please give me the Landline/Mobile No or the email id of some senior executive, so that I could pour my woes out to him!!!
