[Resolved]  Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — Amount deducted from bank, and Prepaid mobile recharge failed

I have made an online recharge of Rs. 245 on MTNL mobile no. 8655xxxx03 on 13/03/2012 but recharge was not done and shown as failed. Please Refer Transaction ID WHMP[protected] from Mumbai.
If recharge has failed then my amount of 245 rupees should be credited to my SBI account. Kindly take a serious note of the complaint do the needful urgently.
