[Resolved] All India Council For Technical Education, New Delhi — irresponsibility on my son representation against royal academy for technical education, bangalore | |
Respected sir, My son d sendhil kumar sent representation to aicte bangalore on 02 oct 2009 for take action against royala academy for technicaleducation, bangalore for Non refund the fees rs 15, 800 to my son and order to refund the fees as per aicte act 10 (N) aicte act. Fees was collected on 18 jun 2008 and the course commencement is 18 aug 2008. My son was Not attend even a single class in the academy. The academy conduct the course under aeronautical society Of india, new delhi. The aeronautical society of india is approved By the aicte, new delhi. However, aicte bangalore gave letter dated 09 nov 2009 to my son with copy to aicte New delhi that said academy is not approved by aicte bangalore. Therefore, i kindly request your honour to take action against The aicte bangalore and aicte new delhi for their irresponsibilty And order to take action against the academy and order refund The fees to my son immediately. My name is sachin singhal I am a M.B.A student of rtu Kota my roll number I mb08102670 and mobile number is [protected]. I want to tell you about real truth or real facts of mkm institute of management. Right know this institute don’t fulfill some guideline of A.I.C.T.E and they get the A.I.C.T, E approval and some of the examples are as follows’
1 SPACE and CONDITION OF BUILDING
Right know this institute contains only one building in which they run 2 collages
1 mkm institute of management
2 BLM institute of nursing
And they also run the combing boys hostel in the same building .And the condition of B.L.M institute of nursing building you can see in the following photos
2 OTHER PROBLEMS
Today mkm institute don’t also fulfill some guidelines of A.I.C.T.E for example
1 he did not organized the class of finance students and according to A.I.C.T.E GUIDLIES he have to organized the class and this institute don’t have a teachers who know the finance
2 They don’t provide computer education because most of computers are not working in computer lab.
3 they demand bribe or fine for the internal marks and if some one don’t the bribe or fine then they give him poor marks in internal so all the student give bribe or fine for good internal marks and this institute don’t complete the course of M.B.A students .
SIR,
Please take some serious action against this institute because they don’t fulfill the guidelines of A.I.C.T.E and don’t provide good education..
