[Resolved]  ALPIC FINANCE,LTD. — ALPIC BONDS

I Bani Paul age -65 yrs. to Invest at Alpic Finance Limited amount 35000.00 ( Rupees Thirty Five Thousand Only ) of 1998 but no refund to my amount . Now present my faimily condition is very bad.

i have purchased 1000 (one thousand) shares of Alpic finance in 1999
but i didnot get any refund to my amount.
now please tell me that what i should do to get the amount as soon as possible.

I have also Rs 7000/- in the Alpic Finance Infrastructure Bond, but nothing has been settled till now.
I was told that the company is winding up and the proceedings to the effect was going on. But nothing is known till now. Some of the agency interested in public cause, should come to our rescue.

I am holder of 10 secured redeemable Non-convertible Bond each of Rs.1000/- of Alpic Finance Limited( Infrastructure Bond)date of Allotment is[protected].which was to be redeemed with in 5/7 years from the the date of allotment.However I have neither reced. back the payments nor any correspondence from the company ab out said Bonds.I wish to exact status of this Bonds from company management.

I HAVE DEPOSITED IN ALPIC FESTIVE BOND CERTIFICATE FOLIO NO.A/0000027, 28.29, Rs.10, 000/ EACH ON DATED 21.03.1998.IN PATNA OFFICE.
I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE DEPOSITED AMOUNT AND THE PATNA OFFICE IS CLOSED. HENCE, PLEASE INFORM ME THE PRESENT POSITION OF THE COMPANY AND HOW AND WHERE I SHOULD COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS MATTER,

I have FD 10000/ dated 30 may 1998, but i am not getting it back .till today ie on 8 may 2010.concerned authority pls take some action, and save people like us.it is our hard earned money.

I am also a sufferer. I have ten bonds with Folio No.A2/c000071 and certificate No. 00005097 and distinctive Nos:[protected]. These were also exempted from income tax under section 88/54EA for minimum 3 years holding period and under section 54EB for 7 years holding. In this regard Finance Ministry Govt. of India should also be responsible for payment on redemption. I still have not recieved the interest so far from the date of allotment. The redemption amount has also not been given to me.

Sir, Kindly help me in this regard to get back my maturity amount along with the interest.

I Manoj Chaudhary had a FD of Rs. 15, 000 in ALPIC finance and i didnt find any company and its office in delhi...
tell me what should i do????
is there any way to get out of it...and have my money back...

i m manju sahu. i have invest 5000 rs. in this company on 31/05/1997 and the date of maturity was 31/05/2001 rate of intrest was 17.5 but i have didn't get the maturity till date plz tell me how can i get payment for the same

I had Invested in 77 Bonds of Rs.1000/- each as BANK OF BARODA a Govt. Of Infia owned bank was a trustee and the debentures were fully secured. However the Alpic Finance Ltd. as well as the Bank has failed in honoring their promise and making the payment to Bond holders. Also I had invested Rs.60000/- in IFB Finance as I was told it is an IFB industries group company my FD numbers are 92555/ 94442/ 90931/78619.Although the Company Law Board, Eastern Region Bench, Calcutta under the section 45 QA(2) of the RBI act 1934 vide their order dated 25.11.1999proposed scheme for repayment of all the outstanding deposits, at contractual rate and thereafter at 12%, the Company has not even bothered to refund the deposits nor the Company Law Board is not bothered to see if their decision is implemented or not hence my request to all the IFB finance and ALPIC Finance Ltd. to let us form an association and take up the matter with Ministry of Finance to compansate us. My appeal to all those investors spread all over India who have invested in ALPIC FINANCE LTD. fully secured bonds and Fix deposits and IFB Fiance Ltd. Fixed deposits who are dupped by the company and also by the Company law board let us form an association and fight our case let us take it with ministry of Finance and if required with PM office to get our money back with interest. As per the communication I have received from SEBI they cannot help in this regard as the company is already in liquidation and as per RBI the case is to be forwarded to the official liquidator the address provided by them to me and even my case papers are forwarded by RBI to him. Also forward the address if required by any other investor whom you know to enable them to claim the amount.
