[Resolved] Amway — Unable to access my own login
I got impressed in AMWAY quality products by observing its performance in a users home.I approached ABO 3202687 for joining in amway. As a first step ABO got sign in application along with my address and email id. it is informed that remaining detail will be filled by ABO itself. i gave only my id proof and no proof of my wife is submitted. i paid an amount of Rs 995. i got the amway kit with two identity cards one for me and another for my wife (card no 3404134). it is informed that they manage to get card for my wife even without valid proof of her.
A kit was provided and inside which there is no intimation about details of my introducer. ABO informed me that a amway login will be created by ABO itself and a password will be provided to me. i received an sms from ABO mobile to me about my amway login and password.
i was given a password "amwaycbe1". it is said that this password is common so dont change. when i tried to change my password i observed following things
1. my introducer was not the 3202687 and somebody else.
2. my email id was not given for registration and they used thier email id.
3. when i asked her about this ABO told to fill the key answer and a new user name for password change.
it accepted and information came that "a new password is sent to your email". when i verify my email it is not received. since my email id was not given by ABO at the time of registration. now i am not in condition to access my own login.
Kindly help me to get my individual account that can be operated only by me.
already i registered my complain several times to amway customer care email id and no reply for it.When i call to customer care no one is picking phone.
