This has reference to your complaint above. We have checked our records and found that the products have already been delivered to you on April 12, 2012 at the address advised by you.
We attempted to deliver the products to you for first time on April 1, 2012 but the delivery person could not locate your address and attempts to reach you over phone failed. Finally the products were delivered on the new address advised by you on April 12, 2012.
May we request you to kindly check if your phone number and address are updated in Amway's record to ensure that such delays do not happen in future. You can check the address and phone registered on www, amway.in or by approaching the nearest Amway office.
