APC/UPS — Not functioning

I have purchased APC UPS in the month of Feb 2007 Sl No.BB[protected] and model BE500.
Complaint: 1.After pressing “ON” button green indication was not coming after few seconds Red indication comes continuously with beep sound.

2. From your end replaced with SL No. BB[protected] approx 6months back.

3. Now once again same problem exists what should I do?

I had recently purchased apc ups rs1000. But after short period, ups get failured & shows massage about requirement of battery replacement.ups model no is BR-100 IN & seriol no is BB[protected].I am in j&k territory. So, please intimate address, ph no. & e-mail address of your nearest apc ups service centre for quick service. I hope to take you a preferable action on my complaint.

I HAVE PURCHASED BEFORE 10 DAYS WHICH HAS NO BACK UP NOT EVEN FOR THE THREE MINUTES.WITH IN THE WARRNTY TIME VERRY POOR SERVICE.

When this UPS installed that day itself issue ,if system on next 5 min system will restart ,not able to work
already two times logged complaint (CI-[protected] & CI-[protected]) still now issue not resolved,again and again same issue
I was very worried the learding company service is very very poor
so can you change the another new UPS ,if not change i will sent to company back

Overall APC service has gone down very badly. I have filed a complaint with APC on 13th of April. Till date they did not return my unit to me.

Dear Sir,
I had puchaged one APC 600VA UPS on 07.07.12 vide APC Sl. No. EB[protected] from the Mahalaxmi who is an authorised dealer of APC UPS. As per the guidelines the APC UPS is within the warrenty period. The APC UPS has not working since 20.08.13. Hence I would request you to depute your mechanic on the on the address given below and make an early repair.
