DATED 16.3.2008 WITCH WAS NOT WORKING FROM VERY FIRST DAY THEY CHANGED THIS UNIT BY SAYING THAT IT IS CHCKED BY ENG. AT PANIPAT DEPO AND FIX UNIT SI NO. 8007329 . WITHOUT SHOWING ITS ORIGINAL PARTS . I WANT TO CHANGE MY UNIT WITH FRESH ONE AND SEALD ONE MY MOBILE NO. [protected]

Since the purchase date I am facing problems.
I filed complaint with full address and Cell no. but till now, nobody attend me.
This is the result of good faith with your product / company.
I felt guilty to connect with Euro family.
O.K…… now please action on my complaint, if possible.
