Water storage purifier from M/s DSR Enterprises Authorized Franchise Business Partner of Eureka Forbes C-22/16 Sector -57 Noida(U.P) (Mr. .Rajat Jindal, Contact no.[protected]) Invoice No.of product-522 Dated 7/10/2009 And installed on 27/10/2009 at my residence Vaishali sector -6 Ghaziabad I am facing the problem from day one as water is not filtering properly I contact the sales and service representative Mr. Nilesh ([protected]) but he didn’t provided the proper service. Then I contact Mr. Rajat Jindal (Prop. Of DSR) He gave me complain no. 102483 dated 11/03/2010 for my product and suggested to contact Mr. Pokhraj (Area Manager of Eureka Forbes),then I contacted him on 11/03/2010 but till i have got no response from his side. So I kindly request you to please look into my problem and take proper action against them. And also provide me the beneficial . Thanks and Regards. AQUASURE IVORY WHICH WAS PURCHASED LAST NOVEMBER BUT INSTALLED ONLY IN DECEMBER 08 ON SERVICE WARRANTY PERIOD. SINCE LAST ONE MONTH I AM TRYING TO GET A SERVICE PERSONNEL FOR MY ABOVE MENTIONED MODEL.MY COMPLAINT NO [protected] AND 54979132 DATED 06/08/09, 11/08/09 AND TWO MORE DAYS SAME WAS REPEATED BUT I AM SORRY TO SAY TILL TODATE NOBODY CAME .I HAVE LEFT WITH ONLY OPTION TO GO TO CONSUMER CORT IF MY COMPLAINT NOT ATTENDED IMMEDIATELY.THANKING YOU

Read above complaints but no responses on them. Not sure if this platform is actually meant for consumer problem redressals or just like this...
I have been facing a great problem after i've purchased Aquasure Pearl model from Vijay Sales, Thane. Just a week after the installation, there are some black carbon particles coming up in the water from the filter.
I've called atleast 15-16 times to the Custome cares of Eureka Forbes and there have been shamelessly no positve response.
Even talked to the seniors from the Customer care centres but no turn-outs yet.
It's been 14th day today that i've been chasing up them and drinking boiled water.
The custome care guys always say they have escalated the issue and status is in process.
the wait has gone over a fortnight now and the frustation to the level that I would really want to throw off the water purifier on the roads.
If by any chance you get a view or know the right chanel to escalate, pls help.

AquaSure — product is not working
my old complaint no 63563040 now they given me new complaint no 8516604 but Repeated complaint from 1month, till date their technician is not coming to solve the problem, though their executive register my complaint as top priority basis and promise me to send their technician on 2nd day. still their 2nd day is not arisefailure of service and spoiling the candle in aquaguard Gold nova
Mr. suresh from Rajahmundry came and done regular service on 17/03/15. after that the problem started and system (unit) not working i informed but there is no responce till the date.Pathetic Call Center
They keep no forwarding telephone nos. of the executive who are not attending the calls. PATHETIC SERVICE. CHEATERS. Service Center not answer callspost warranty service for water cooler reservoir cum purifier
cooler cum purifier is dead since two years in S.S.J.S.Namdhari College, GARHWA, Jharkhand.Complain for service has been logged four days ago but service engineer has not came to the college to resolve the problem.61%
