Aramex — Non-delivery of shipment | |||
I ordered a very expensive shirt from ShoppersStop and it was shipped via Amarex and for 1 week I was not provided the tracking number. Then I made telephonic calls and finally was given a tracking number and on tracking I discovered that my product has a different address than mine and for 4 more days it just danced around Goregaon, Mumbai while it was to be shipped to Shimla. Later, on calling the Aramex CCS,( indeed their customer care service is pathetic ). I came to know that it was been returned since Aramex is not capable enough to deliver anything at Shimla. While on their tracking site it showed that the product has been delivered & stamped & delivered to 12345 at Mumbai???LOL I, then asked ShoppersStop to send it to me via Bluedart, the Indian partner of DHL ( the best in business and delivering in time). I never had any problems from myantra.com or flipkart and they use Bluedart. Hopefully and finally I shall receive my shipment in few days. When these guys do not have the potential to send any shipment, why are they running a courier company and that too on lies of delivery in 2 days and anywhere in India??? And if they cannot deliver to a particular area, why do they take the package in the first place? I strongly suggest that Aramex has run kaput and must vend peanuts instead of shipping couriers, which in fact they cannot deliver!! Was this information helpful? | |||

Aramex — non delivery of product
Aramex courier service has misplaced my inexpensive watch and are no responding to my queries. they have been delaying d delivery for a long time.they are also no showing any reponsiblity towards my misplaced product.
