Dear Sir,

This is regards to my course what i had applied for print and publish at your arena animation centre at Vile Parle (West), where i had joined the course in the month of December , for which i was been informed that the tenure of the course will be for 3 Months,

Hence I was agreed to it as i wanted to spend less time and learn quality of work from your institution, but my expectation went wrong and i heartily realised that it was my one of the biggest mistake what i had made by joining ARENA ANIMATION, where my course lasted till June.

Now I want you to answer,
That who is responsible for the waste of my time?
Where is my Career?
Is Arena one of the best Animation Institute?
Will i get my Course Certificate?
It’s one of the horrible experiences with arena, and the staffs are also PATHETIC

Coming to my point of Concern

My name is Godwin Robinson D`souza, this is regards to my course certificate what i have been asking since past two months and till date haven’t received it, I have tried many times to ask for my certificate to the teachers of the institution and every time they have given me new reason and excuse to avoid my question and now it’s enough, I understand that every institution and every university or a company takes time to issue a certificate or any legal and official documents but i don’t think so it’s more than 15 Days.

But here “in the Great Arena Institute takes 2Months”
I got my passport also before your Institution issue a certificate to me; Govt Of India works faster than you.

As a student i wanted to finish my Graduation what i had planned in march just because of your animation course which lasted till 7 months, ruined my time as well my intrest in the Animation Industry.

Please let me know when i will get my precious certificate from Arena Institution.
