[Resolved] Arun Dev Builders Limited — Fraud, Cheating & Mental Harrassment | |
Sub: Complaint against Arundev Builders Limited having corporate office at Arun Dev Builders Ltd. F-89/11, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase – I, New Delhi – 110020. Re: Fraud & bounce of cheque issued & Mental Harassment Dear Sir, I, Suman Nagpal w/o Shri Vinod Nagpal R/o 177, Veer Awas, Sector-18A, Dwarka, New Delhi-11075 have applied for flat vide application/ case number 31939 with Arundev Builders Limited with their above mentioned registered office. The company fails to keep its commitment per original plan. I would like to highlight the mental anguish and harassment I have been going through for more than 6 months. I decided to withdraw my money and put the application for withdrawal in the month of January, 2009. I have been given the cheque number 278412 for Rs.49000/- dated 13/5/2009 drawn on Axis Bank. I have spent many hours and useless visits and every time I have been given a false date and commitment for issuance for refund. Eventually, I am able to get hold of post dated cheque for dt. 13/5/2009. I have presented the cheque after waiting for approx 4 months and as expected the cheque is dishonored with a instruction that Account is closed by the Payer. I am again into that loop with follow up with the fraud company mentioned above. I have contacted their accounts department Mr. Malik and I have been given an option to submit the said cheque in lieu of new cheque for which any date is not given. I am also openly threatened to go to the court and wait for another 6 months to 12 months. Please accept my complaint and request for immediate action against Mr. Manoj Bhardwaj (Managing Director), Mrs. Nina Bhardwaj (Director), Mr. Ravi Kumar Sharma (Director) and Mr. Devendra Kumar (Director). I am also putting case u/s 420 Indian Penal Code 1860 and u/s 138 under Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. The copy of bounced cheque along with bank instructions is attached for reference. I am also a victim of this so called builder, who is a biggest cheater in real estate company. I have applied for refund on 14/11/2011 for my registration amount of Rs 2, 18, 503/ against the booking of flat at Arun Dev City Haridwar. Project was abandoned by company but refund was not paid till date. I almost follow them every week but all in vain.
Can we all affected people join hands & initiate the actions to teach a lesson to the cheater Manoj Bhardwaj. We all know that once sahara victims got united, it has brought the Subroto Roy behind the BAR.

I am too suffering form this builder, applied for refund of Rs.1.0lac two years back but till date not received any refund and every time they gave
new assurance that they will return the money but all the fake commitments.

A 42-year-old builder has been arrested for allegedly duping investors to the tune of crores of rupees on promise of providing them residential properties, police said today.
Manoj Bhardwaj, a resident of Khanpur area, was arrested by the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police on April 3.
The accused had floated a company without prior registration and land sanction of site plan.
"Manoj had formed M/s Arun Dev Builders Ltd in 1997. His company in 2006 had proposed a township project 'Arun Dev City - Haridwar' without having prior registration, land, approval/sanction of site plan etc.
"Manoj induced gullible investors by showing rosy pictures through luring brochures and advertisement and collected a huge amount of Rs 36 crore, taking bookings from around 1, 500 investors, " said DCP (EOW) Sanjay Tyagi said.
Police said that after completing his graduation, Manoj stared small sale-purchase of the property in unauthorised colonies in Delhi.
In 1994, he started purchasing agriculture land and sold it in the form of small plots to individual investors, they said.
Tyagi also said that Manoj's company has collected huge money more than Rs 100 crores from the flat buyers against their bookings, by pre-launching projects in Shahpura, Bhiwadi, Jaipur, Mandawar, Faridabad with approval from the competent authorities.

I HAVE BOOKED A FLAT AT MANDHAWER (ROORKEY) IN 2007 BUT ARUN DEV BUILDERS NOT DELIVERED THAT THEN MY AMOUNT WAS SETTELLED TO TRANSFER AT DEVLI (DELHI) FOR FLAT. THIS IS ALSO NOT DELIVERED AFTER THAT MY AMOUNT TRANSFERED TO JASANA PHASE -3 FOR 60 YARDS OF PLOT NO. 2828A THIS IS TRANSFERED FROM PATWARI AND REGISTERED FROM TEHSILDAAR OFFICE BUT THAT IS ALSO NOT DFELIVERED TILL TODAY 12.05.2014. I booked a flat in Mandhawar (U.K) in ARUN DEV builder's project in 2007. But even after two year, project was not started than i complained to the ARUN DEV BUILDERS regarding this. then they suggested that due to delay in master plan in UTTRAKHAND, project will be late and you can change your flat to another project. then i shift my booking to, their BHIWADI project. they even allot the flat no. also. but when we visited the site only one sample flat was constructed. till date[protected], there is no call from them. i do not the status of the project. what to do?

Those cheated by these crooks should approach Economic Offences Wing with their complaint, photo copies of receipts etc.

i have paid a sum of Rs 6, 14, 200/- for booking a flat at Arun Dev Buildcon Ltd or Arun Dev Builders Ltd in year 2008. Becuase no bank is ready to finance the project due to laal dora at 612 holi devli Yamuna Apartment project so i cancelled my booking with required formalities.
Builder refuse to return my money then i filed a case in consumer court and won the case from district and national court and now arresrt warrants are issued by court against MD of Arun Dev Buildcon.
Kindly share details of property or directors identity to arrest them.

Hi, I am from Gurgaon, I have booked a Flat from Arun Dev Builders in Jan2007 under Shahpura E.W.S scheme and already paid around 2.0 lacs till Dec 2013 by Rs.2000/- in monthly installment. First in 2011 they gave allotment letter, when not a single flat was constructed. Then many times I visited their office in C.R. Park and Okhla in a hope to get the possesion of the flat. One time they called and told me that they are giving possesion to those people who are still continue to pay the installment and they want to give possesion of one of the sample flat. I agreed for that also. But they never contacted me. when i visited their office in C.R. Park they refuse and told that they never committed to give th sample flats.
Now i came to know through newspaper that DCP Delhi Police have caught their So called Managing Director Mr. Manoj Bhardwaj, Mrs. Nina Bhardwaj (Director) in more than 100 crores fraud case. They have cheated hundred of people, who made booking of flats in
Shahpura, Bhiwadi, Haridwar etc etc.
NOw that their fraud complaint is with Delhi Police, we can hope some good news to come.

I too had booked flat in Bhiwadi Project of Arun Dev Builder, they fail to deliver the project & also not sure whether they will refund any amount or not...
I would like to approach all our friend, lets UNITE our self & we will file suite in Court of Law against the Arun Dev Builder. It is important that we must join together, if require together we may approach to their office. This is equally important we need need to teach them with lesson which probably is difficult if we fight individually, excellent opportunity to unite our self to throw out such baste red out of society.
