[Resolved]  Asian Paints — New dealership form

Hai I am Prabhu I want dealership Asian paints in thiruvalam in vellore dist please support me

SAY - NO FOR ASIAN PAINT

Please do not go though the companint register of Asian Paints. Below my complaint on dated 21/12/15 but registered.
Asian paints have lots of complaint which are registered but no action taken.
Suggest not go go through Asian paint as Quality and services are very poor

I have given a contract (value more than 2 Lacs) to paint interior and Exterior of my old Building in the name of Aneesh Mondal (my Son) as I am not stationing in Kolkata in this momment. According to the contract it was told that one supervisor from Asian paint will be assigned during paint. More than two months passed supervisor Mr. Asif have visted site 3 times for 1/2 hrs each. Contractor is doing according to his own wish.

Lots of non conformity noted during the work

1) Old paint not removed (according to contract old paint will be removed)
2) Putty made on the top of Old Paint.
3) Proper Putty application / procedure notfollowed
4) Old paint can not cover even after 6 coat.
5) Thinner used too much to make more viscose.
6) Technical expert came and visited and found not properly work according to the Procedure.
7) Corrective action was advised by Technical Expart.
8) Contractor Started Corrective action without Asian paint supervisor in order to verify the proper corrective action.

Therefore I am not satisfied about the way your team is handling the project

1) Adhesion property between putty and existing paint
2) adhesion property between Putty and new paint
3) Cohesion between the paint because of Curing time not proper
4) Paint thickness is not according to the data sheet
5) Verification of corrective action not done

Mr. Debyendu Basu, Kundan Chaterjee and Mr. Ashif are the core team member with poor response.
