[Resolved]  Auto Driver — Auto Rickshaw Complaints - Misbehavior by the auto rickshaw driver - Mumbai (Santacruz)

Hello, I hired an auto from Santacruz airport at around 1 am on 12th July for Malad West. The meter reading came to 12.70. However the auto driver did not have the meter reading card saying he is doing nights and has no time to collect the updated fare card. Also he demanded Rs.250 and nothing less than that. His behaviour was very rude and threatening. Would appreciate if this is taken up by the concerned authorities. The number is MH03AA 3418.

AUTO DRIVER COMPLAINT — AUTO DRIVER VERY RUDE....and misbehavior

Auto AP9W 1366 is really rudest fellow i have ever seen. I want the authorities to just be strict with these fellows behaviour...otherwise ppl will be afraid to travel in hyderabad...

Auto Driver — Complaint on Auto Driver.

Hi,

I am Anuradha. Today I was traveling from Malleshwaram to Palace gutthalli. Before i could get into the auto i told the driver that i want to go to the place and i gave a complete description of the place, he was OK with that. But later when he came near my place he started Yelling at me saying that it is not palace Gutthalli i even told him that i can prove that this is palace gutthalli but still he did not stop yelling and he misbehaved.

This is a every day story most of the auto drivers do the same.

This time I am really fed up.

The Auto's # is KA04 A422, I want some body to take actions about this as all the residents from Palace Gutthalli are suffering, please take some action.

If you have any plans to take a used car then please dont think about AUTOMART, Cochin or anywhere else. Its one of the fraud company that I had ever experienced. There are many AUTOMART showrooms in Kerala. They have branches in Trivandrum, Cochin and Kozhikode. All the executives deals as if they are very decent in their business and they however makes you to take a vehicle. They offers a 6 month guarantee, free service etc etc. Till now the dealings are fine and very straight. Now problems start, they forgets about their deals and if your car gets any trouble then its gone. If you let the car in for service or any other defects in Automart, they changes good part from your car and installs runned part or 2nd hand things from other cars which is harmful to your cars. The service that they offers are very bad and it will definetely a loose job they are doing. All the cars in Automart are polished and touched to get a fresh and new look. All the parts are so adjusted that they may loose after some days. Everyone is cunning over there and makes our car into more trouble. Its more and more better to get a used car from anyother showroom than getting from Automart. They do turn the Kilometres to look as if the vehicle is not so used. So I am saying if you have any plan to take a car from Automart, please dont.

Auto Driver — Cheated for the Auto Fair

Auto driver comitted for fair of Rs.20/- while sitting from shivar garden till station via Amber sweets. But while getting down at station driver when I provided Rs.50/- driver just returned Rs.15/- saying that all Auto drivers normally charges Rs.35/-. Also calling some of his coleag he tried to had a fight n hit us.

auto — Auto fair

Hi,

The auto fair around hitech city is go on increasing day by day that many of the people are sufferring from this. This is because they have demand as there is no other option to the people who are working around hitech city(Hitech city, mind space, gachbowli.) Please take action as soon as possible. Either reduce the fair or increase the public transport(No buses available from Hitech city to gachbowli).And also they get inside more than 5 people(excluding driver) which may leeds to accidents. Please do the needful as it not problem for single person, Its problem for thousands of people.

complaint of auto rickshaw in mumbai — complaint regarding misbehavior and fare

Dear sir/mam,

I am sorry to say that there is hues irregularity regarding fares FROM LOKMANYA TILAK TERMINALS TO KURLA CENTRAL railway stations.The fare of approx. half kilometers will be taken Rs.20 /passenger and where auto drivers should run with meter but they will overload the auto approx 5 to 6 persons.
Auto rickshaw no. MH03 R5500 had took Rs. 60 for three passengers and other three passengers had given Rs. 20 each.If any one going to refuse him they misbehave .

The driver of this rickshaw started taking me to another direction than the one which he was supposed to take and I was on the phone with my mother. I went on asking him to take the other route to which he started screaming about the fact that I am not supposed to be on the phone when I am in an auto. He screamed and shouted the rest of the way, insulting and humiliating me for no reason whatsoever. I have no idea what triggered his anger, the fact that I was on the phone or the fact that I had asked him to take me through another way, or simply the fact that I am a non-local woman. Whatever was the case, the language that he used is something I rather not write in the forum. Requesting appropriate action to be taken against a driver who does not have the basic sense to talk to a woman.I have never felt so humiliated and discriminated in Mumbai as I was today.
