[Resolved]  Aviva Life Insurance — Refund of Fund

We have submitted all documents that were verified in Pune after my mothers death related to her Aviva Life Insurance Policy. The company had said they will settle the amount in 7 working days. We had handed the documents on 27th Dec'08. We have been calling repetitively in Pune and Delhi. Now they have a new thing come up that since my mothers policy (Mrs. NIshi Sethi)had an indexation update and the amounts were taken past 3 years for the same their system has not got the update to the same. Due to this there is a departmental blame game going on.
Please advice how do we get this act in place.

how much value got it when i am surrendering the policy
mark a mail to tr.[protected]@avivaindia.com . you will get the solution. He is MD of Aviva.

In every Life insurance company huge issue every know why...miss selling, employee PF not issue more than two months, culture, sudden attrition, death claims big issue, unethical practices, frequently managers, advisors & BM changes-service issue etc

Recently IRDA taken a good step for that plz read below
If you not satisfy doing all these with XYZ company
Mail XYZ company and all other Life insurance companies customer care ids and HR ids, top management ids (ceo& managing committee) to expose particular incompetence person and team.
