[Resolved]  Aviva Life Insurance Co — policy matter

Gentleman, How are you sir, hope you are busy with your works.
I am Mr. Lavanyan.C policy holder of AVIVA Life Insurance Co.
invite your kind attention on an important matter regarding my
insurance policy, and the number is RSG1449954. I had taken a
policy for five years and I already paid three installments and right
now I am unable to continue this business because of some financial
problems. I notify this details to their Kollam branch and they
agreed to discontinue this policy. its quiet unfortunate that later
somebody from their cochin office inform me that if I discontinue
this policy they deduct 60,000 Rupees from my investment. matter
of fact the agent and the company representative misguided me a lot
and when they conducted this policy I was working in Afgansitan.
I realise later that the overseas employees working Afganistan is
not authorized to take any life insurance policies. the company
demand that they need 10 years service charge from my deposited
amount. please help me to overcome this crisis becasue I am really
suffering from some financial problems for the time being. any help
on this matter would be greatly appreciated. take care and have
