Sir,
I have booked IRCTC ticket from hyd to kolkatta 2AC by some problems tickets was not booked due to access denied but amount was deducted from my account, so i want to many back to my account at earliest.
Here under enclosed my refunding details from IRCTC, but delayed in deposit the amount of 1644/-

amount Rs. 386.05 was deducted from my account on dated 26/08/11, so i want to many back to my account at earliest.so please send me the information to my email address.
i am not understanding whats the is mean (INWA).
