[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Regarding Personal Loan

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is Umashankar Sriram A, i had applied for a personal loan for Rs.1, 00, 000/- almost 10 days ago, when the bank executive called me she promised me that Axis bank is offering corporate loan for McAfee Employees and she also confirmed that after collecting all the documents they will be sanctioning the laon amount within 3 days of time, in the mean while the bank executive collected all the documents required for loan, all the verifications(Office and House) were cleared, and i got a confirmation call from Axis bank saying verification has been cleared and their executive will be coming to the my office and i need to submitt the cheque copies, i agreed the same, but i waited for a long time, their was not revert from them, so today i.e., 4th july 08, i called them back regarding the laon, the bank people said, my loan request has been declined for some official reason, i dont understand why these bank people took >10 days to confirm that my loan request has been declined, by the way i have submitted all the documents which bank required and my annual income is more than their requirement, i have met all the criteria, but even then they have rejected my request, i spoke to the executive, i was not able to get any information, later i spoke to the manager, he didnt give any proper reason for rejecting and he spoke very rudely with me, according to him i have to wait for another 3-4 days for knowing why my request has been rejected, this is way Axis bank is giving the customer service, i had very urgent requirement of money, i had got lot of calls from different bank regarding the personal loan in these 10 days of period, but i rejected all of those because i had applied in Axis bank, but these people had not given proper response to me, my sole request with the Axis bank is please dont cheat any of the customers and dont play with their requirements and emotions.

Sub: - Hacking of net banking ID & Password - Amount debited from my account – enquiry – request – regarding.

Dear Sir,

I have salary account (A/C No. [protected] - PALLAMALA SUBRAMANYAM) in your branch. I got salary for the month of June on 02.07.2009. I went to ATM on 04.07.09 morning 8.00AM for withdrawal of money but I got ATM statement showing insufficient balance in my account. After getting mini statement I came to know that Rs.19, 800 are debited from my account. Immediately I had informed to your Mumbai customer care center. I got massage on your mobile banking stating the same on 04.07.2009 at 10.30 AM. I informed to you and your Net Banking officer personally at your branch on the same day at 11.00AM. I was shocked by knowing that some one hacked my net banking ID & password and Rs. 19800.00 is transferred to Axis Bank A/c No.[protected] (Sayad Akram) through Net Banking from my account without my knowledge on 03.07.2009 at 10.30 Pm.

Dear sir it is a matter of AXIS net banking’s security and illegal amount transfer. I request you please enquire this as a serious issue and do needful as early as possible. If any clarifications required from my end please contact on my mobile number [protected]. Because of the above mentioned reason I am not in a position to pay the installment of my personal loan in your branch. My family is middle class family and all my family members are depending on my salary. So kindly pursue the issue with concern. Waiting for your valuable reply.

7 may i applied for personal loan in gorakhpur branch but still i have not recived any information about it and already my account is preapproved for personal loan

Dear sir,
This is Narendra son of Mr Nataraj, my father recently expired due to illness died on 10/12/2014 we the family members did know that he was having personal loan in axis bank, after 3 months of his death the bank person called to my mom and informed that he was having the loan then they wer calling continously and talking rudely with me and my mom, and after that we paid 1lakh to the loan account and now they are sending the loan recovery agents to my home, they are asking to to pay the monthly EMI, we the family members are not in the position to pay the balance ammount or EMI, we are 3 members in the family, myself student doing ECE, my brother doing his PUC, my mom is a home maker
so we need atleast 2 year to pay the loan amount, kindly consider my complaint and do the needful
