[Resolved]  Axis Bank — wrongly deducted from saving A/c

My name is Jayendra PAdia. I am sales tax officer.
I had opened saving a/c in 2000. as a salary a/c my No. is [protected] almost since three years my balance remains more than Rs. one lakh Though I had not asked i was converted to priority A/c
following charges are found illegal and requested to reverse the entries
29-01-07 rs.841/ Maintainanece charge
31-03-08 Rs.100/ Consolidated charges
31-03-08 Rs.22 service tax
I hope that my complaint will be dealt properly and action will be taken soon.

Yes that has been happen with me also.
Hi,

Sorry to read what was happened with you. But they did the same with my account too and deducted 1, 350.00 without my consent. There are some more sufferer, if you search by 'Axis Bank Complaints' in this website. So, I think it would be better if we all get together and send a Mass complain to RBI about this. How on earth anybody can take off my money from my account without my consent.

Please mail me, so we can make a forum to protect our rights.

Dear Sir,

My name is Wasim pasha I am An existing customer of Axis Bank
My A/c No. [protected], I have taken the credit card from Axis bank. I was not feeling well for couple of months so i could not able to repay the credit card payment as soon as i recovered i have paid the remaining Amount of 25000/-, mean while i have changed the name in my salary account in the name of A. Mumthaz Ahmed Khan all the transactions are in the name of A.Mumthaz Ahmed Khan A/c No. remains the same, but Credit card people from Axis once again they have withdrawn the amount of Rs.20000/-, which was my salary, since 25 days i am following up with customer care many std calls i have made but no solution nobody are helping out the issue
simply they are giving the mass commitment that with in 4 days it will be transferred, or with 10 days i will be getting the DD,
and one more reason they are telling that name does not match with the account No. but when the have deducted the amount from my account the name showing was A. Mumthaz Ahmed Khan
i think this Axis Bank people are playing with customers money and cheating. i dont have much time to wait for this amount, Please help me out its the matter of by day to day survival.

If matter is not solved with in 2 days i have to move to consumer court.
Consolidated Charges Rs 772.10/- (REVERSE)

This is reference to the above subject you have debited my Account With Rs. 772.10/- due to Consolidated Charges. This is for your kind information that I have SALARY ACCOUNT With ZERO BALANCE Salary every month credit in my account so please reverse my account with same amount.

Secondly I have give the instruction to reliance mutual fund to auto debited my account with Rs. 1000/- then whey you debited my account with 2000/-have you received any instruction to debited my account With Rs. 2000/-

I am Deepak Kr Ghosh[Employee of Calcutta Tramways company]. On 4.09.09 I have losted a rupees of 300/- from my account. But I never transact or withdrawl the amount that day. Next day I have complained at your Gariahat Branch over telephone. They told me that the amount withdrawn from Baguihati AXIS BANK ATM Outlet. That time I was in Office.
Therefore I am requesting you Please enquire the matter What actually held.Keep rply soon..
