[Resolved] Axis Bank — Debit from a/c without instructions Rs 42000 | |
This is to bring to your notice that my account has been debited for Rs 42000 without my instructions. i had recd a mail from axis bank stating that my account would be blocked if i dont upgrade to new SSL server for secure banking for which i clicked on the link which was exactly same as of axis bank netbanking, it prompted me for customer ID and password. After an hour i recd a message from axis bank that my account has been debited for Rs 42000 and the balance is RS 99. This is extremely serious issue as netbanking is so unsafe.. Please look into the matter and help me in getting back my funds asap.. Was this information helpful? | |

Sir,
i am having EDC MACHINE current a/c no-[protected] in axis bank(chembur-71) branch in name of Subhash Jewellers.
On[protected] bank has been debited Rs-1000, from my account without giving any information to me.
then i contact the bank to give the reason why they have been debited the Rs 1000
they r saying that it has been charge back by the customer swaped on 05-02-09.
In that case i have ask the bank to give any proof that customer has charge back the amt,
no one is giving any proof or satisfied answer for that charge back.
I have met madam laxmi relation officer axis bank(chembur) and i have talk on phone EDC department sandesh, navin vats and balu sir no one is giving any solution.
ur EDC department just making jalebi of mine.
So pls Sir look into the matter as earlier as possible or give the address were i can get the correct answer for that.

Sub :- regarding passport
I had apllied for the passport 25.12.2007, My police verifiction process and rest processing is already compliet. But i am not getting passport till date and time . When i met the RPO delhi he told me the status of internet is not updated ( because on internet it is show your passport will dispached after 20.06.08 )
plese sugest what can i do?
