Cheque Bounce due to Bank negligence

I have taken home loan from AXIS Bank in Nov 2006 and have provided 36 PDCs of ICICI Bank. For the month of February I got message from ICICI Bank that my cheque has been bounced due to insufficient funds. I have provided AXIS Bank my bank account details that at the time of submission of the cheque there was more than enough amount due against EMI.
I have also asked both the Banks (AXIS & ICICI) to provide me copy of bounced cheque...

Axis Bank screwd up Credit report

We had a corporate and salary account with Axis Bank Ahmedabad. Because of the issues of employees in errors in their form filling, lack of response, illegal charges on account, unfair deductions on International Transfers in account, we decided to terminate the Corporate relationship with them.

Signatories in our company were Dheeraj Dagliya and Rina Shah. Axis Bank on the contrary put up a wrong credit rating on our MD...

System has not updated payment of credit card

This is with reference to the cash payment made by me on 07/06/08 for the month May.
The receipt no. is 10760 .

Amount paid in cash=3000 Rs.

But when I called up customer care deptt., I Came to know that still the payment has not been updated in system.Please look into this issue as unnecessary late charges would be levied in my statement.

- Annual and joining Fee

I got this AXIS Bank Credit Card saying that its a life-time Free card.
But when i received the first month bill. It reads that the annual Fee is 500 . Service Tax R.61.80 . Joining Fee 1000 . Service Tax 123.60 . I would suggest others not to go for this card. I would go up with the AXIS bank customer Care. If the response didnt come up in 30 days. Then i would have to use this as a proof and move further....

Poor Customer Care Response and very Responsible Persons

Hi Every One,

I m the One of the user of AXIS Bank Credit Card and my Card been Misuse by some way. and after i informed the Customer Care i did not get the any Good Response. However the AXIS Bank Credit Cards are not at all Safe in terms o[censored]sing for On-Line i.e INTERNET.

ATM Withdrawal problem

I am holder of ATM card of Saraswat Bank, which is having tie up with AXIS bank. I tried to withdraw Rs. 1000/- on[protected] from AXIS bank ATM located at Nalla Sopara (W), but got "request timed out" message. When written application submitted to my bank, after more than one month time, I got the information from my bank that in AXIS bank record it's showing as money withdrawn.

Credit Card Fake Bill

I had applied for Credit Card & got a card. But till date in absence of any necessity I have not even broken the seal of envelop.
But today I received a bill No.[protected] of credit card no.[protected] for Rs. 1292.14. I am shocked that how this figure/bill arrived.
If this is your bank's policy to exploit to customer, I am feared o[censored]sing Axis bank facilities....
