[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Cut-off 'Consolidated Charges for A/c' with out my consent

Hi,
I am Rana Majumder, one of the Axis bank personal account holder from Kolkata with the Account Number XXXXXXXXX233507. On[protected], when I've dropped to your ATM counter for some cash,

there in Mini Statement I found Rs.1, 350.00 have gone from my account which I never spent myself. So, next

day I searched my account online and found it slashed by AXIS BANK it self in the name of 'Consolidated Charges for A/c'.

And there is no details of the charges for which I should be paying. I don't know is it my undesired contribution

for for 'their' Puja Bonus. So I called up my Branch for details. Some lady pick up the phone in a single

ring, I asked her about the charges and as a obvious act she cut off the line without answering me. Then I called

minimum 50 times in that number and again I was amused with the result, because, maximum time it keeps

ringing for someone to pick it up, but some of the calls was received but no one was answering after hearing my

voice. I can understand, who wants to hear harsh words day before the puja. But can anyone tell me why I sld

also be greet like this before my puja holidays. Ok at last a guy pick up the phone and called himself

Vikas (real/unreal), he was in a big hurry, still I asked him, ' I've an account in your branch and today I found

Rs.1, 350.00 is deducted from my account as 'Consolidated Charges for A/c'. So can you tell me what this

'Charges' is or send me a detail of it through e-mail, as I've one endorsed e-mail ID with my account'. He quickly answered me he will surely mail it to me in my email ID and greet me with good bye to cut off the phone (as I told earlier, he was in big hurry). BUT NOW! I was just ASTONISHED and stopped him asking, are you people ANTAR-YAMI or what, how do you will mail me without knowing my mail ID or my account number OR at least, at least My Name. or It may be 'you' have some kind of voice recognition facility.
So next, I provide him with all of my details and request him to send the detail by today only. As a smart CCO he replied he will surely do, as he know it will give him /me some instant relief.

But I knew I will receive nothing by today or tomorrow. But how dare someone take off my money from my account without my consent which I put with you on trust. And I also found, its not only me. Some more of them, with whom 'they' did those DISTRUSTED thing being in a place where all people put their hard work incomes. I need Answer.

Rs.1603 was deducted from my acc with the excuse "consolidated charges for a/c"
n till now i didnt get any justification
I had the same thing. I have written to the compliance officer asking for some justification. Here is his contact info:

I have faced the same situation . I have a salary account in axis bank kalpana square. thay have deducted 650/- against consolated charges. When i contact the bank they did not give the appropriate answer till yet

hi i have a salary a/c in axis bank they diducted 225/- when i widdraw from HDFC atm as a consolidated charges that is unfair
yes its really very common thing now
AXIS BANK LTD is very poor service bank and very
thrsty about money they not care about their csutomers.

I have account more than 8 years but they not given me any
CC for my current account or any single two wheeler loan also not approved by this bank

I said we need to take action on this bank and remove this
from our country. Its very bad to cut payment without consent or sending info to their account holders

Its big problem they need to notice account holder that they are going to cut their due payment against cosoldated charges
before 7 days unless account holder can be in big problem if he travel and trust on his balance in their tours . i think so many account holders facing this problem i also face same problem when i have balance in my account i received payment 6975/- and next day they cut charges and my balance is 5100 approx and then later next day they cut charges 1450/- oh its very bad think mean cutting charges amount is 3500 i got only 50% amount from this payment.

I know charges of bank in india but this AXIS BANK CHARGES IS VERY HIGHER AND HIGHER AND HIGHER ONLY

PLEAS DONT OPEN YOUR ACCOUNT IN AXIS BANK LTD
INDIA ITS VERY UNCOMMON BANK AND USEFUL TO HIGHER CLASS .

I AM VERY ANGRY WITH THIS BANK SYSTEM AND
ALSO WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT FROM THIS BANK.
